Aspire Photography Training: February 2011

Mar 4, 2011 | Training

On the 21st and 22nd February I had the great privilege to train a fabulous and talented group of photographers. They were doing the intensive photographic module of their bespoke programme. The bespoke is an amazing 12month programme run by Aspire (cpt) www.aspirephotographytraining.co.uk/ The training centre is placed in the most gorgeous setting of Burton-in-Kendal.
The first two sets of images were taken on day one. The weather provided us with a few challenges. We all embraced the sleet and low lighting conditions to capture some great shots. Most of these images were taken using 1600 iso on my Canon 1ds Mrk 3, with my lens of choice 24-70mm; I love to get up close.
Day two provided not only kinder weather but also Gary Walsh, enough to brighten the dullest of days. Gary did a master class on couples whilst I did a master class on photographing a lovely mother and two
gorgeous children. (Who I am very grateful for their eager willingness and cooperation despite the cold) I shot the final, mix of images whilst our fabulous photographers were shooting their models.
Very inspiring!! Can’t wait to see their images.
I would like to say a big thank you to all of the models on both days. I really appreciate all you effort and hard work.
Thank you!
